THE FRIENDS OF ST JOHN THE BAPTIST CHURCH FINDON
Helping to preserve our historic church for future generations
Welcome
The Friends of St John the Baptist Church Findon is a charitable trust
which supports the restoration, preservation, repair, maintenance and improvement of Findon Church.
This includes the monuments, fittings, fixtures, stained glass, furniture, ornaments and chattels in the church and of the churchyard.
Our only goal is to secure the long-term existence of the church and its property for the enjoyment of future generations.
Thank you to everyone who attended our AGM on 10th November.
The draft minutes of this meeting can be read here; these are subject to approval at the next AGM.
The committee is delighted to announce the appointment of Ms Nikky Cusson to the position of Secretary, succeeding Mr Ian Watts. The Committee would like to place on record its grateful thanks to Ms Cusson for agreeing to accept this position, and to thank Mr Watts for many years of valuable service in undertaking the role of Friends Secretary; he will be sorely missed.
